OVERVIEW
Welcome to MOFCOVER. These Terms of Service govern your use of mofcover.com and your purchase of products from MOFCOVER.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mofcover.com, including its content, features, products, services, and checkout functions (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to use the Services or place an order. If you allow a minor dependent to use the Services on a device you own or control, you are responsible for that use.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, compatibility information, installation instructions, and warnings before purchasing or using a product. Customers are responsible for measuring their equipment and selecting an appropriate size unless the product description states otherwise.
Product descriptions, availability, and specifications may be updated when necessary. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities where reasonably required.
Six-month after-sales support is available from the date of delivery. To request support, contact Zethryl@outlook.com with your order number, photographs where applicable, and a description of the issue. This after-sales support does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact Zethryl@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or shipment has begun.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed on the website. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, handling fees, and other applicable charges are displayed at checkout when required and may depend on the delivery address, shipping method, package characteristics, and applicable law.
Discounts and promotions may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and product exclusions. Promotions may be modified or discontinued as permitted by applicable law. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping destinations, services, fees, and estimated delivery times are calculated according to the order and delivery address and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, peak periods, customs procedures where applicable, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the return window, eligibility requirements, non-returnable items, return authorization procedure, return shipping responsibility, inspections, exchanges, and refund processing times:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns unless otherwise stated in the Return & Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so that we can evaluate the issue and provide appropriate instructions.
Do not send a return without authorization. The return warehouse is not MOFCOVER’s legal or registered business address.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, product descriptions, and website design, are owned by or licensed to MOFCOVER and its operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit content from the Services.
MOFCOVER names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks of their respective owners. Shopify’s trademarks remain the property of Shopify. Other trademarks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MOFCOVER is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to operate the online store. Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between the customer and 深圳市连棉丁贸易有限公司, the operator of MOFCOVER. Shopify is not the seller of MOFCOVER products and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, or product claims.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information necessary to provide and improve the e-commerce platform. Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
